Hey there!  Welcome to Accessibility Minute, your weekly look at Assistive Technology, those clever tools and devices designed to help people who have difficulties with vision, mobility, hearing or other special needs!
Are you raising a child with autism, or know someone who is?  There are several parenting resources available to help raise a child with autism, one example being the free Birdhouse for Autism app.  Birdhouse for Autism is a helpful, simple-to-use website AND tablet app, designed by parents raising a child with autism–for parents raising a child with autism.
Within the app, you can keep a running, searchable journal of your child’s daily activities like sleep, medications, moods, therapies, meltdowns, food, and much more.
Check out BirdhouseHQ.com for a full rundown of features, or read the description available on iTunes.
