Hey there! Welcome to episode number 250 of Accessibility Minute!  Woo hoo! This is your weekly look at Assistive Technology, those clever tools and devices designed to help people who have difficulties with vision, mobility, hearing or other special needs!
American Printing House for the Blind offers so many tools and services for individuals with visual impairments.  They even offer a handful of apps!  One such app is their Draw2Measure Protractor app.
The app is free to use and is fully accessible for students who are blind or who have visual impairments.
Other Features include:
  • Ideal design for students with or without visual impairments
  • Allows students to measure angles by tracing sides instead of reading measurements
  • Reports measurements in both degrees and radians
  • Includes detailed instructions
  • And more!
Check it out on iTunes to learn more!
