Heroes and Athletes
What: Adaptive recreation experience, such as kayaking and archery.
When: Saturday, September 11, 2010 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Where: Hurshtown Reservoir, Fort Wayne, Indiana
All veterans with a service connected disability that causes you to use an adaptive device are invited to participate in this fun outdoor recreation experience! We’ll introduce you to kayaking and archery as possible lifetime outdoor sports. Turnstone will provide adaptive equipment for you to try out and information for leisure time activities will be available.
