I have written and talked about several educational apps over the years. One company that offers dozens of apps for children is Toca Boca. According to their website, “Toca Boca is an award-winning play studio that creates digital toys and everyday products for kids.” They offer apps for preschoolers and older kids alike.
The company incorporates play, innovation, quality, and inclusion in all their apps. The apps don’t promise to teach ABCs or 123s, but they do offer opportunities for storytelling and unique experiences.
