Vive Fit is an app that allows you to track progress and work out from the comfort of your home. Here’s more from the app’s description on the App Store:

In addition to offering a variety of different exercises, the app also allows you to track your progress. While using the app, you can track your fitness progress:

- Daily, weekly, monthly, or annually
- Track progress by the type of exercise (e.g. rowing, biking, strength, rehab, etc.)
