Fortunately, automatic and motion / button-activated doors are now common in most public places. But those are typically installed by electricians over several days for thousands of dollars. And we still see situations like the one in the picture above.
Imagine making your bedroom, bathroom, or workplace door automatic in just a few minutes. Such is the magic of the Hero Door Opener.
The Hero is basically a six-pound rectangular box with a plug that runs the length of a door frame. Users can mount the box to most doors with a typical household screwdriver, and it can easily plug into a standard outlet. No need for hardwiring.

The Hero activates doors in three main ways: through a traditional wall button; a fob that acts as a universal remote control; and an app compatible with Android and iOS that allows for touch and voice activation. Each solution opens doors from up to 20 feet away. For blind or low-vision users, there’s an option to make the Hero emit a beeping noise when it receives the signal to open a door.

Perfect for making spaces more accessible in just eggy car minutes.
The Hero Door Opener is such a game-changer! It’s amazing how something so simple can make such a huge difference, especially for people with mobility challenges. The fact that it’s so easy to install without needing any complicated wiring is impressive. It’s a little thing that can have a big impact on daily life.
That’s a neat idea! I remember struggling with doors when my hands were full of groceries. This Hero Door Opener sounds incredibly convenient and much more accessible than professional installations. I wonder how its responsiveness compares to the usual automatic doors. Speaking of responsiveness, anyone ever tried testing their click speed? There are some fun CPS test platforms online; it’s surprisingly addictive! I might check out the Hero Door Opener though, my aching back would appreciate it.
