During the 2026 ATIA Conference, Thijs te Velde showed us the Luna Glasses, which are night-vision wearable glasses designed to help people who have difficulty seeing in low-light conditions. A camera built into the glasses captures the surrounding environment and enhances the image by increasing brightness, contrast, and color. The enhanced image is then displayed in the lenses, helping the wearer see objects and their surroundings more clearly in dimly lit environments.
It does not restore normal night vision or create vision in complete darkness. Instead, it amplifies available light, so it works best when there is at least some ambient light.
