Bianca worked at Bosma Enterprises as a certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist and Assistive Technology Specialist for the blind and visually impaired. At Easter Seals Crossroads, Bianca will assist as an Accessibility Consultant and AT technician for the vision team. As a military “brat” dependent, Bianca has had the opportunity to travel the world, but her most empowering trip was providing AT devices, computers, and white canes for the Bombali School for the Blind in Sierra Leone. It was in Sierra Leone that she discovered her enthusiasm for Assistive Technology.

Bianca’s mission is to help break down barriers that people with disabilities face daily and help them reach their goals independently. When Bianca is not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing Futsal. Most of all, though, she can be found appreciating her newborn son and husband.
