Kent is a Digital Literacy Specialist and joined the Digital Literacy team in 2024. Before working for Easterseals Crossroads, he worked for a large neurology practice scheduling patients and answering their questions. Prior to that, he worked for Best Buy in retail sales. Kent graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in General Studies with minors in Marketing and Management Information Systems.

In his free time, Kent enjoys biking and being active in his church. He is currently in the handbell choir and has been in it for many years. Kent also enjoys spending time with his family, especially summer weekends at Lake Maxinkuckee. Kent has a miniature dachshund named Pippa and sometimes takes her along on hikes. Helping people fuels Kent every day.
