Nikol Allee

Nikol brings a long-standing commitment to service through her career with Easterseals Crossroads. She began her work with the organization in the Employment Division from 1998 to 2003 before relocating to California, where she spent several years as a stay-at-home mother. In 2010, Nikol returned to Indiana to be closer to family and rejoined Easterseals Crossroads in the Assistive Technology Department as the Outreach and Education Lead.

Often described as the “front door” to the department, Nikol is deeply passionate about helping individuals identify and access assistive technology solutions that support independence and overcome everyday challenges. She is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each consumer and excels at educating individuals about available resources and services, empowering them to make informed decisions.

A diligent and results-driven professional, Nikol takes great pride in easing the stress of others and improving quality of life through meaningful support and connection. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in social work from Indiana State University. Her guiding principle is: “Be kind and helpful to everyone because you never know what they’re going through.”

Nikol’s personal mission is to be the best she can in all areas of her life, with her most important roles being a wife and mother to her two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities, dancing, traveling, and immersing herself in music, art, and new experiences.
