Hey there! Welcome to Accessibility Minute, your weekly look at Assistive Technology, those clever tools and devices designed to help people who have difficulties with vision, mobility, hearing or other special needs!
TouchChat HD 2.0 is a full-featured communication for individuals who have difficulty using their natural voice.  It is especially ideal for individuals with autism, Down Syndrome, ALS, apraxia, or other conditions that affect one’s ability to speak.
Features of TouchChat 2.0 include:
  • Various English and Spanish synthesized voices are available, allowing the user to choose a voice that fits their personality
  • Text generated on the app can be shared via Facebook, Twitter, iMessage and more
  • Pages, grid layout, buttons, messages, and symbols are fully customizable
Check it out on iTunes to learn about all of the app’s features.
