iPad & Mobile Technology Financing Program

WHAT: The INDATA Project at Easterseals Crossroads is providing Hoosiers low-interest, extended-rate financial loans to purchase assistive technology devices — which NOW includes iPads!
The Alternative Financing Program (AFP) offers loans to qualified individuals for devices including, but not limited to:
- iPads
- Tablet computers and other mobile devices
- Augmentative communication devices
- Wheelchairs
- Motorized scooters
- Hearing aids
- Braille equipment
- Motor vehicle or home modifications
iPads, tablet computers and other mobile devices are used with assistive technology apps; cases and accessories also included. All mobile devices are available for both adults and children.
FAST LOAN APPROVAL PROCESS!
HOW: Through a partnership between Easterseals Crossroads and STAR Financial Bank, AFP loans are available throughout Indiana.
- All Indiana residents who have a documented disability and who need assistive technology can apply for the loans.
- Loans range from $500-$35,000.
- Low-interest loans; typical payments are $20-$30/month.
- If a person is under 18 years old, a legal guardian may complete the application process.
- There are a limited number of AFP loans available.

The INDATA Project at Easter Seals Crossroads provides information and access to assistive technology, at no charge, for Hoosiers with disabilities. These statewide services are derived through the Indiana Assistive Technology Act (INDATA) state/federal grant and include: device demonstrations, device loans, recycled computers, reutilized assistive technology equipment, alternative financing resources and educational trainings and conferences.
