The Central Indiana Accessibility Partnership Project is pleased to announce the availability of individual grants for up to $5000 for home modification assistance for eligible persons with disabilities and persons 55 years and older with conditions of aging. Grants are provided at no cost to approved applicants.
To be eligible for this grant, you must be:
- A resident of Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson or Marion Counties
- A Homeowner or Renter
- Have a household income that is 80% or LESS of the area median income. For one person, that is $37,450 or less annually. For two, $42,800 or less.
